Refund Policy

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy! This policy allows you ample time to decide if your purchase meets and exceeds your expectations. Returns come with a FREE return shipping label and NO restocking fees. There are two options to initiate a return, reach out to us at returns@ShoppingSouthern.com or process the return under you customer account on ShoppingSouthern.com (if you created an account with us). Both options will provide you with a return shipping label and guide you through the return process.

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original condition and with all tags intact. While a receipt is preferred, it's not mandatory for returns.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you discover any defects, or damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll work swiftly to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Shopping Southern reserves the right to deny refunds/exchanges on any basis. Please contact us with any concerns regarding specific items, and kindly note that all sales of stationery cards are final. Unfortunately, on-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To expedite the process of receiving your desired item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a separate order for the new item.

International Customer Return Policy

We accept returns for international customers. International returns must be approved by Shopping Southern before being processed. Please reach out to returns@ShoppingSouthern.com for further information.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
